Andrew Géczy is a senior international banker with 25 years experience in wholesale banking, markets and asset management.

Between 2009 and 2013, Andrew was a senior executive at Lloyds Banking Group where he was CEO Wholesale Banking and Markets. In this role, he had global responsibility for Corporate and Institutional Banking, Sales and Trading, Capital Markets, Structured Corporate Finance, Transaction Banking, and Portfolio Management.

He joined Lloyds Banking Group from the specialist investment advisory and asset management firm, Manresa Partners, which he founded in 2005 with offices in London, New York, Hong Kong, and Dublin.

Previously, Andrew was with Citigroup where he held a number of leadership roles in Corporate and Institutional Banking between 1991 and 2005.

He was Global Head of Structured Corporate Finance from 2001 with responsibilities covering more than 80 countries including a significant growth business in Asia. He was also a member of Citigroup's Global Fixed Income Management Committee, the Global Banking Operating Committee, and Board Member of Citigroup Europe PLC and other Citigroup affiliates.

Andrew began his career in accounting with Price Waterhouse and KPMG having completed a Master of Science at the University of Virginia.

Gilles joined ANZ in 1997 after 10 years of financial markets experience in Paris, Tokyo, New York and Singapore; predominantly with Credit Suisse.

During his time at ANZ, Gilles has held a number of senior roles including most recently CEO Asia Pacific. He was previously the Global Head of Markets.

Gilles is a Member of the Boards of the Bank of Tianjin – one of ANZ's partnership banks in China, and AMMB Holdings Berhad – ANZ's partner in Malaysia.

Gilles holds a Master of Science from Ecole Spéciale de Méchanique et d’Electricité (ESME) in Paris. Gilles holds dual French and Australian citizenship and is currently based in Hong Kong.

Until August 2014, Farhan was the Head of Corporate & Investment Banking for Asia Pacific, Citigroup. During his 23-year career with Citigroup, Farhan held senior management roles in franchise building, product and customer coverage across Asia Pacific, Europe and Africa, including Head of Global Loans & Leveraged Finance, Asia Pacific, and Corporate Banking Head, Central Europe.

With an impressive track record developing businesses, Farhan is an experienced international banker, product specialist and an accomplished people leader across multiple geographies.

Steve has transformed and led large teams in many of his roles, and has a reputation for building high-performing, motivated teams which deliver strong results.

He has built a number of large complex capital markets operations for global banks, including Merrill Lynch and Dresdner Kleinwort in London, New York, Sydney, Hong Kong and Singapore.

Before ANZ, Steve’s most recent roles included MD – Head of European Debt Trading and Sales, Derivatives, Debt Capital Markets and Structured Finance for Merrill Lynch, and MD – Global Head of Capital Markets for Dresdner Kleinwort Group. Originally from Queensland, Steve is married with two children, and moved back to Sydney from overseas to join ANZ in 2010.

Carole’s career spans four locations (Australia, Hong Kong, New York and London) and centres on Institutional transaction banking and client delivery.

Prior to joining ANZ, Carole was responsible for the end to end management of the transaction banking business at RBS as Global Head of Transaction Services, providing core cash management, trade and liquidity to multi-national corporations, and financial institutions. Before this, Carole had a leading role in delivering the integrated global corporate banking financial plan and market share growth for Bank of America Merrill Lynch as Head of Global Transaction Services for EMEA.

Carole has also worked for Citigroup in New York, where she had global responsibility for the end to end delivery of implementation, service and client technology for its global treasury products portfolio; and in Hong Kong, where she held Corporate Banking roles ranging from product management and reengineering to business management and client service.

Carole joined ANZ in May 2015 as Managing Director Global Transaction Banking, based in Hong Kong.

Carole has a degree in Information Technology and a Masters of Business Administration in International Business.

Bringing deep multi-market experience and knowledge along with significant leadership attributes to this role, Sanjoy’s mandate is to develop stronger connectivity across markets to deliver products and services for customers with domestic and regional needs. A strong retail franchise across key markets in Asia Pacific is an important component of ANZ’s super regional strategy.

With more than 20 years of experience in the financial services industry, Sanjoy joined ANZ from Citigroup where he has held senior leadership roles spanning Business Management, Sales, Marketing, Credit and Risk. He has also worked in M&A execution and integration activities specific to retail banking. He was most recently Managing Director and Consumer Bank Head for the Middle East, Pakistan and North Africa. Prior to that, he was the Chief Operating Officer and Retail Banking Head for Citibank in China.

Sanjoy has a degree in Electronics Engineering and an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management where he was the Marketing Gold Medalist in 1990. He has done executive management training from Harvard Business School. He has served on the Advisory Board of the University of Dubai’s School of Management.

Prior to this role, Kevin was Head of Institutional Relationship Banking, Australia where he had responsibility for the coordination of the provision of tailored financial and capital management solutions to ANZ’s entire Institutional client base in Australia. Kevin joined ANZ in July 2009, as Head of the Diversified Industrials segment within Institutional Relationship Banking, Australia.

Before joining ANZ, Kevin was Head of Corporate and Commercial Banking, Australia & New Zealand at Citigroup and held previous roles at Deutsche Bank and Price Waterhouse.

Prior to joining ANZ, Cathryn was in a range of roles at Westpac including Head of Capital Markets, General Manager Corporate Finance, General Manager Global Industries Group.  Prior to joining Westpac, Cathryn was head of Debt Markets at Macquarie Bank for eight years.

Cathryn is on the board of the Australian Financial Markets Association (AFMA) committee and sits on the Curtin Business School Advisory  Board.

She is also a board member of the Committee for Perth, as well as Chief Executive Women, an organisation of over 200 women leaders from corporate Australia with the purpose of promoting the development and effective use of Australia's leadership talent.

Rick has been with ANZ since 1989. Prior to this role, Rick had been the Group Treasurer since December 2005.In his role as Group Treasurer Rick’s major responsibilities included the funding, liquidity and capital position of the Group.  During the Global Financial Crisis Rick led major funding and capital raising initiatives for the Group including a Rights Issue and Share Placement Plans which raised $4.6bn in core equity. Rick also led ANZ as it became the first issuer of Covered Bonds by a major Australian Bank.  He was awarded the Into Magazine Treasurer of the Year in 2012

Prior to joining Group Treasury, Rick held numerous positions within the financial markets trading business gaining experience with both Interest Rate and Foreign Exchange derivatives.

Rick holds a Master of Applied Finance and a Bachelor of Applied Science in Mathematics.
